Backend Lead

We are hiring an experienced Backend Tech Lead specializing in Java to drive technical vision, system design, and architecture for a large-scale organization.

In this role, you will lead high-performing developer groups, design resilient distributed architectures, and steer cross-organizational tech initiatives using modern cloud-native technologies and AI-driven development tools.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot for microservices architecture.

• Proven track record of leading cross-organizational dev teams and large engineering groups.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming & event-driven architecture.

• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration using AWS and Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools to optimize software engineering workflows.

• Strong architectural capabilities and experience scaling enterprise platforms.
