Located in central Tel Aviv (walking distance from the train station), operating on a hybrid work model.

Role Description-

• Serving as an AI & Backend Software Engineering Team Lead, combining direct people management of a high-performing organic squad with hands-on technical and architectural leadership.

• Leading end-to-end design, architecture, and deployment of mission-critical Backend Services and AI-driven Capabilities, focusing on Distributed Systems, High Scale, LLM Integration, RAG Architectures, and Autonomous AI Agents.

• Architecting and implementing sophisticated Agentic Workflows and Agent Orchestration frameworks using modern tooling such as LangGraph (or equivalent frameworks).

• Championing modern AI-assisted engineering practices across the team, leveraging tools such as Cursor and Claude for accelerated, high-quality development.

• Taking full ownership of technical roadmaps, delivery, code quality, and system scalability from concept to production.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Security Researchers, and Core R&D leadership.

Requirements-

• Proven track record in Technical Management / People Leadership of a software engineering team – Mandatory

• Extensive hands-on industry experience in Backend Software Engineering with high-scale distributed systems – Mandatory

• Deep programming mastery in Python – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience developing with Generative AI technologies, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic Workflows – Mandatory

• Practical experience with Agent Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar) – Mandatory

• Active, proficient hands-on usage of AI-assisted developer tooling (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) in production workflows – Mandatory

• Proven background in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), Microservices, and Containerized architectures – Mandatory

• Professional background in Cybersecurity, OT/IoT Security, Threat Intelligence, or Critical Infrastructure Defense – Significant Advantage

• Experience leading Greenfield / End-to-End AI and Data product initiatives – Significant Advantage
