Located in the Sharon / Central region, operating on a full-time, on-site work model.
Role Description-
• Joining as a Software Engineering Team Lead (Hands-On), reporting directly to the VP of R&D and leading a team of 4 software engineers.
• Maintaining a strong Hands-On (~70%) development role while providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to the team.
• Driving the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable financial applications utilizing Node.js, PHP, React, and AWS.
• Integrating modern AI capabilities and intelligent automation workflows directly into the core Fintech platform.
• Collaborating closely with Product Management and executive leadership to define technical roadmaps and deliver robust production features.
Requirements-
• 5 years of hands-on software development experience – Mandatory
• 2 years of proven experience in Software Engineering Management / Team Leadership – Mandatory
• Strong production-grade development experience with Node.js and/or PHP – Mandatory
• Practical experience integrating or working with AI technologies / LLMs / Machine Learning pipelines – Mandatory
• Proven background with modern Cloud platforms (AWS) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React) and modern web architectures – Advantage
