Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator (Student Positionׁ)

We’re looking for a Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator (Student Position) to join our recruitment team!

⏰ Position scope: 60% position – 3 days a week (student-friendly & flexible)

What will you do?

🔹 Source candidates through social media platforms and recruitment databases

🔹 Screen CVs and match candidates to open positions

🔹 Conduct initial candidate outreach and communication

🔹 Work closely with the recruitment team

🔹 Manage and update candidate data in recruitment systems

🔹 Learn and develop hands-on skills in tech sourcing & recruitment

Requirements:

✔️ Student with at least one year remaining in studies

✔️ Previous experience in sales / customer service – an advantage

✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships

✔️ High motivation, independence, and initiative

✔️ Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning the world of sourcing and recruitment

✔️ Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
