About the Job

Lead a talented team of developers to develop a cutting-edge network solution throughout the development life cycle. Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile environment. Mentor team members in their career path and help them grow.

Required:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years focused on Backend development and at least 3 years in team leadership roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.

• Proven experience leading the development of large-scale applications from architecture to implementation.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a hands-on mindset.

• Experience with networking concepts and communication protocols.

• Ability to identify and analyze logical and application-level vulnerabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with additional Backend technologies such as C# or Java.

• Experience with Linux-based platforms.

• Experience in Cyber Security, application security, or reverse engineering.

• Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP cloud architectures.

• Experience with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, or Android development.
