About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing personalized marketing journeys, operating advanced marketing platforms, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.

• Work with databases, write SQL queries, validate data quality, and monitor campaign performance.

• Collaborate with business units, Data teams, Marketing, and Development to deliver impactful customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with SQL – Mandatory.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud – Mandatory.

• Experience managing personalized omnichannel campaigns – Significant advantage.

• Experience with Data Cloud – Significant advantage.

• Experience working with business stakeholders – Mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.

• Strong business understanding of the financial industry (customers, products, and marketing processes) – Significant advantage.
