What You’ll Do

Client-Focused BI Development: Take full responsibility for developing, optimizing, and maintaining BI and DWH processes for a variety of clients across different industries. Your work will directly influence the success of their data-driven strategies.

Customized Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate those into efficient, actionable BI solutions that deliver real business value.

Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to uncover insights that help clients improve their business processes, make informed decisions, and gain a competitive edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (data engineers, analysts) and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, from requirement gathering through to execution.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in BI development, with a strong background in ETL and Data Warehousing (DWH) processes.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI or Quicksight, with a solid understanding of data modeling and report/dashboard design.

Business Acumen: Strong ability to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business outcomes.

Team-Oriented: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, as you’ll be working closely with both internal teams and clients.

Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.

Adaptability & Creativity: Quick learner with a creative problem-solving approach, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced client environment.
