Project Manger

COMBLACK is hiring a Project Manager!

Join a key role leading complex technology and digital transformation projects in a large-scale organization. The position includes managing and mentoring a team, driving digitization and cataloging initiatives, leading master data migration projects from legacy systems to a new enterprise platform, and supporting BI and Big Data initiatives to improve operational and logistics efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience managing complex IT, technology, or information systems projects

• Proven experience planning work plans, managing resources, budgets, and project timelines

• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including mentoring and developing team members

• At least 1 year of experience working with logistics systems and complex enterprise environments, including SAP

• Experience managing projects end-to-end, from business requirements through implementation

• Experience creating KPI reports, monitoring performance, and analyzing data

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)

• Experience working in large enterprise organizations; public sector, government, or healthcare experience is an advantage
