One of the Big Five Tech Companies is looking for an Operations Writer / Content Writer!

Located in Tel Aviv.

We're looking for a Technical Content Writer to bridge the gap between engineering, operations, and end users by creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.

Responsibilities:

• Create help center articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, internal communications, and customer-facing documentation.

• Transform complex technical information into clear and accessible content for different audiences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content accuracy and improve user experience.

• Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, and other emerging technologies to research, structure, and scale content.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, product documentation, help center content, support documentation, or operations writing within a high-tech environment.

• Native-level English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into simple, user-friendly language.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, research, or workflow optimization.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
