Import & Export Team Leader

A leading company is seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to lead and manage all international trade and logistics activities, including import/export operations, container handling, and transportation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team • Own end-to-end import & export processes, including container logistics and customs clearance • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities • Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements • Manage shipping documentation (Invoices, BLs, Certificates of Origin, etc.) • Optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs • Handle exceptions, delays, and operational issues • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Planning, Finance)

Requirements: • Lead and manage the Import, Export & Transportation team • Own end-to-end import & export processes, including container logistics and customs clearance • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities • Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and safety requirements • Manage shipping documentation (Invoices, BLs, Certificates of Origin, etc.) • Optimize logistics processes, timelines, and costs • Handle exceptions, delays, and operational issues • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Production, Warehousing, Planning, Finance) • 5+ years of experience in Import & Export management – mandatory • High level of English – mandatory • Proven experience with international freight, customs, and regulations • Team management experience – advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field – advantage • Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
