About the Role

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a GenAI Systems Manager to join an innovative team leading the implementation and operational management of Generative AI solutions across the organization.

In this role, you'll manage GenAI systems throughout their lifecycle, from planning and coordination to production support, release management, and ongoing operations. You'll collaborate with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and business teams while driving operational excellence and leveraging AI tools to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage GenAI platforms and applications in production environments.

• Plan and coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.

• Work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Integration, Cyber Security, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Oversee day-to-day system operations, production releases, and version management.

• Investigate, manage, and resolve production incidents through to completion.

• Coordinate maintenance activities, infrastructure upgrades, and system enhancements.

• Track project execution using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Monday.

• Manage project budgets and coordinate external vendors.

• Support technology initiatives while evaluating operational and system impacts.

• Work in an Agile development environment.

• Utilize AI tools to improve operational efficiency, task management, and business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise technology systems, including Web, Mobile, or AI platforms.

• Experience working with Infrastructure, Integration, and Cyber Security teams.

• Experience supporting Production environments.

• Experience managing production incidents, releases, and deployments.

• Experience managing external vendors and project budgets.

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Monday.

• Experience working in Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, AI platforms, and AI tools.

• Strong system-level thinking and the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
