BI Developer - Payments

Payments is one of the highest-stakes domains in a B2C gaming business — every approval rate shift, every chargeback trend, every provider routing decision shows up directly in revenue. You'll own the full intelligence layer for that domain, with real influence over decisions that protect and grow the business. Small team, modern stack, fast-moving company with genuine payments complexity.

Requirements: • 3+ years of BI or analytics experience in a B2C or online environment, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the payments field — including payment cycles, processor relationships, settlement flows, chargeback mechanics, fraud prevention, and card network dynamics. • MUST HAVE Experience with payment flows and fraud prevention mechanisms — including issuer authentication, step-up challenges, liability shift, and decline reason analysis — is an advantage. • Experience with Looker (LookML, explores, dashboards) — a significant advantage. • Familiarity with similar transformation frameworks is an advantage. • Strong communicator — able to bridge Payments ops, Finance, and the data team clearly and accurately. • Detail-oriented and data-skeptical — you QA your own work before it reaches a stakeholder. • A strong team player who takes full ownership of their domain from raw data to business decisions.
