Job Description:

• Operation, monitoring, and control of production processes.

• Business implementation in the CRM system according to the business stakeholder's guidelines.

• Ongoing response to requests from the field.

• Working interface with the computer room, network, and information security personnel.

• Automation of manual processes through script writing.

• Working non-standard hours and on weekends (from home).

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Billing/MindBill systems or with a CRM system.

• Experience with SQL, including writing complex queries.

• Experience working in Linux/UNIX environments.

• Experience writing scripts.

• High self-learning ability and fast learning skills.

• Previous experience in the telecommunications industry – advantage.
