המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןA premier publicly traded Space-Tech and Satellite Communications pioneer transforming global connectivity through next-generation low Earth orbit satellite constellations.
Having secured close to a billion dollars in capital with backing from the world’s foremost telecommunications operators and Big Tech titans, the company has engineered a breakthrough architecture delivering direct-to-cell satellite broadband to standard commercial smartphones.
Operating internationally with a high-impact R&D innovation center in Israel comprising over 150 elite engineers, the organization couples immense scale with extreme multidisciplinary hardware challenges designed for harsh orbital environments.
Located in the Central district adjacent to the light rail, the company operates on a hybrid model with one day working from home.
Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior High-Speed Board Design Engineer, taking full end-to-end ownership of next-generation digital and mixed-signal boards destined for space and communication payloads.
• Leading complete board development lifecycles: from system architecture, component selection, power topology, and Schematic capture through Layout supervision using OrCAD and Cadence Allegro.
• Designing high-performance digital environments integrating high-end FPGAs, modern CPUs, complex clock distribution trees, and ultra-high-speed interfaces (25Gbps / 25GHz and above).
• Conducting advanced Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations and analysis to ensure strict transmission fidelity.
• Driving hands-on Board Bring-up, Debugging, and Hardware Validation in the laboratory utilizing high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and precision RF instrumentation.
• Leading card and system-level root cause investigations across integrated hardware/software sub-systems, authoring technical test suites, architecture documents, and operational specifications.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a leading university – Mandatory
• 6+ years of proven hands-on experience as a Board Designer developing and testing complex digital/mixed-signal boards and multi-board systems – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in high-speed digital board design operating at 25Gbps / 25GHz and above – Mandatory
• Strong practical experience designing architectures around modern high-speed FPGAs, CPUs, and low-jitter clock distribution networks – Mandatory
• Proven background in component selection, schematic design, and layout guidelines using Cadence Allegro / OrCAD – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on lab experience with advanced RF/High-Speed test equipment (high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose multidisciplinary HW/SW integrations at both the card and system levels – Mandatory
• Strong technical documentation capabilities (test procedures, system specs, operating instructions) – Mandatory
