Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior Hardware & Board Design Engineer, joining an organic R&D squad reporting directly to the Hardware Team Lead to develop next-generation medical monitoring platforms.
• Leading end-to-end design and development of complex boards from scratch (concept to mass production), covering new hardware architecture alongside optimizing existing platforms.
• Executing schematic capture, detailed layout guidance, circuit simulations, and design reviews using advanced EDA tools.
• Managing end-to-end Board Bring-Up, System Integration, Hardware-Software Interfacing, and Debugging in lab and multi-system test setups.
• Collaborating cross-functionally within a multidisciplinary environment alongside Software, Firmware, Mechanical, QA, and Regulatory engineering teams.
• Partnering with external vendors, PCB manufacturing facilities, and assembly houses to ensure clinical-grade reliability and regulatory compliance.
Requirements-

• Extensive hands-on experience in Board Bring-Up, Signal Integrity, Hardware Debugging, and Lab Test Equipment (e.g., Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers) – Mandatory
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (University graduate preferred) – Mandatory
• Experience with schematic design and layout tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Allegro) and hardware simulation tools – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience working in the Medical Devices (MedTech / ISO 13485 / IEC 60601) or Safety-Critical Systems industry – Significant Advantage
• Practical knowledge in Mixed-Signal / Analog design, power management, or microcontrollers/processors interfacing – Advantage
