Business Analyst (B2C)

The company

A fast-scaling, profitable, Direct-to-Consumer apparel brand, built on high-performance

product design and bold, digital-first storytelling.

The role

Own the data behind a fast-scaling eCommerce operation: the reports, models and

forecasts that decide what gets ordered, what gets shipped and what it costs.

You will work directly with the COO, Finance, an overseas office and a warehouse, turning day-to-day operational data into decisions. This is

a high-ownership role - the processes you build now are the ones the business

will scale on.

What you'll own

• Design and build operational and inventory reports from scratch.

• Own inventory forecasting end to end and support supply chain planning through modeling.

• Analyze logistics and fulfillment costs, and approve invoices with Finance.

• Monitor fulfillment accuracy and on-time delivery, find root causes and reduce errors.

• Work with the US warehouse (3PL) and logistics partners to track performance and surface improvements.

• Build and improve SOPs, using automation and AI tools to increase efficiency.

• Build the data models and reporting behind new markets and channels.

Requirements

• Relevant BA Degree

• 2-3 years in a data-driven, analytical role.

• Very strong Excel / Google Sheets. You build reports from scratch and have basic modeling experience.

• High-level English, written and spoken.

• A self-starter, strategic in mindset and operational in approach, with real attention to detail.

Advantages

• Experience in a DTC brand or eCommerce environment.

• Familiarity with BigQuery / Looker or other BI tools.

• Experience working with a WMS.

• Background in operations or supply chain.
