Business Intelligence Team Lead

COMBLACK is hiring a BI Development & Services Section Manager for a leading financial institution in Central Israel!

Managing a BI section of 3 teams, leading cross-organizational Data projects, managing budgets and resource allocation, and driving innovation across BI, DWH, and AI domains.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in BI, Data, and enterprise information solutions – Mandatory

• 5+ years of experience managing development teams and leaders in a matrix environment – Mandatory

• Proven track record leading complex technological projects and implementing cross-organizational solutions – Mandatory

• Experience formulating technological solutions and driving them end-to-end, from business need to execution – Mandatory

• Strong experience in managing work plans, budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation – Mandatory

• Background in large-scale enterprise environments with complex, wide-ranging Data operations – Significant advantage
