About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Business Operations & PMO professional to become the operational right hand of our CEO.

This is not a traditional PMO or administrative Executive Assistant role.

You'll drive execution across Sales, Customers, Projects, Technical Teams, Finance, and Operations-ensuring priorities move forward, nothing falls through the cracks, and projects are delivered successfully.

Responsibilities

•  Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives.

• Own project timelines, task tracking, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination.

• Support the sales process by managing CRM, pipeline, proposals, and customer follow-ups.

• Partner closely with the CEO to drive business priorities and operational execution.

• Coordinate with technical teams, customers, and finance to ensure smooth delivery.

• Track operational metrics including resources, pricing, invoicing, and business controls.

• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure every initiative reaches completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Project Management, Delivery Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.

• Experience working directly with B2B customers and technical teams.

• Strong execution, follow-up, and organizational skills.

• Hands-on experience with CRM and project management platforms (Monday.com, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Salesforce, or similar).

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• High ownership, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong affinity for AI tools such as ChatGPT and modern productivity technologies.

• Experience in Cybersecurity, SaaS, MSP/MSSP, IT Services, System Integration, or Professional Services
