Business Program Manager

The Intelligence, Communications, Cyber & EW Plant within ELTA is looking for a Business Program Manager to lead a major program for an international customer.

The role includes:

• Managing and leading a challenging program in the field of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems, from contract signing through final delivery to the customer.

• Monitoring and controlling project milestone execution.

• Leading meetings, trials, and reviews in Israel and abroad.

• Managing subcontractors in Israel and abroad.

• Providing the customer with system-level and managerial solutions.

• Leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, including Systems Engineering, Software, Mechanics, and Hardware.

• Managing and monitoring work plans, procurement processes, deliveries, and project risks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Computer Science, required.

• At least 5 years of experience managing business projects, required.

• Proven experience managing projects valued at tens of millions of dollars.

• Experience with projects involving ground-based or airborne platforms, required.

• Good command of English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

• Proficiency in additional foreign languages, required.

• Good command of Russian, including speaking, reading, and writing, a significant advantage.

• Willingness to travel abroad, required.
