Business Project Manager

Lead a large-scale business project for an international customer within ELTA’s Land Systems division. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, financial management, coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams, and full ownership of the customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a large-scale business project for an international customer.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and resources.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering and development teams.

• Manage the full relationship with local and international customers.

• Support business development and marketing activities as part of the project.

• Lead projects in a highly technological and dynamic defense environment.

• Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions in a matrix environment.

• Travel abroad as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory.

• Engineering degree – an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business/Project Manager or in a managerial position within the defense forces.

• Proven experience working with customers in Israel and abroad – mandatory.

• Experience in matrix management – mandatory.

• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory.

• Excellent English communication skills – written, spoken, and reading.
