Business & Systems Analyst - Credit & Payments

Join a leading financial organization working with complex systems and Microservices-based, distributed architectures. The organization is investing in technological innovation and in the implementation of AI-driven solutions across its processes, while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and reliability, in close collaboration between development teams and multiple stakeholders across the organization.

In this role you will own end-to-end analysis and specification of business processes in the credit and payments domain, translating business and regulatory needs into detailed functional specifications and leading them through to delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze and specify end-to-end business processes, define requirements, and evaluate alternative technological solutions

• Lead professional topics — shaping work processes, proposing improvements, and assessing alternatives

• Write detailed functional specification documents and work routinely with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders

• Coordinate between the different interfaces and drive tasks forward end to end

• Accompany the development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle

• Write work procedures and circulars for the bankers using the systems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and in defining and specifying requirements - Must

• Academic degree - Must

• Ability to identify and understand customer needs, and to analyze and translate business and regulatory requirements from the initiation stage into a specification - Must

• One of the following professional backgrounds - Must :

• - A functional business systems analyst,

• -Or a bank HQ professional in a managerial role with a strong understanding of credit card business processes, coming from a bank, credit company, payments fintech, or PSP

• Ability to manage multiple work interfaces, build collaboration across the organization, and professionally drive and guide others
