Human Resources Manager JB-5333

A retail company is seeking a Human Resources Manager.

• Relevant Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences); MBA – a significant advantage.

• Significant experience: At least 7 years in Human Resources management roles, with proven HR management experience in retail organizations – mandatory.

• Experience leading Organizational Development (OD) processes and change management in a large workforce environment.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to drive hands-on processes while maintaining a strategic perspective.

• Strong service orientation and a deep understanding of employee experience management within an organization focused on delivering a premium customer experience.

• Very high level of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
