About the Role

A leading financial organization is looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives.

In this role, you'll manage business projects from initiation through implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and senior management. You'll be responsible for driving execution, improving business processes, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business projects across multiple business units.

• Gather and analyze business requirements.

• Build project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Lead status meetings and prepare executive presentations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive organizational change.

• Ensure successful implementation and business adoption.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing business projects in large organizations.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery.

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders.

• Experience managing project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
