Global Planning Director

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global planning: demand, production plan, material planning, capacity plan and inventory

Drive S&OP / MPS and align demand with capacity

Interface with international “Home Markets” stakeholders

Optimize material allocation, production array, capacity and inventory management

Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement

Oversight, synchronize and develop the company worldwide planning teams

Key Interfaces:

Production & Manufacturing (Home markets)

Global Supply Chain

Program / Project Management

Finance

International teams

Requirements:

10+ years in senior managerial positions at planning / supply chain (global manufacturing)

Leadership experience

Strong S&OP knowledge

Experience working with global stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree (MBA – advantage)
