Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or telephone support – mandatory

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and end-user device support

• Familiarity with Remote Desktop, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange

• Previous IT Help Desk or technical support experience – a significant advantage
