AI Solutions Engineer

BDO Israel is establishing an AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) that will serve as a key pillar in executing the firm's AI strategy. The CoE is responsible for developing BDO's AI assets, including internal AI agents that streamline business processes and innovative AI-powered solutions for clients.

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions while helping shape the future of AI adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilitie

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and enterprise-grade LLM solutions, from requirements gathering through production, integrating with core business systems.

• Analyze, automate, and optimize business processes using AI solutions, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to drive measurable business value.

• Develop innovative AI-powered services and offerings for clients, identifying new opportunities and strengthening BDO’s competitive advantage.

• Build and scale AI infrastructure, knowledge assets, and best practices as part of the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering a culture of innovation.

• Lead the implementation of AI solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and complementary technologies, ensuring security, governance, and technology excellence.

Requirement

Must Have

• 2+ years of software development experience

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing AI/LLM solutions in enterprise environments

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform

• Proven experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Windsurf

• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems

• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI

• Knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-Tuning techniques

• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and/or Azure OpenAI APIs
