Payroll Accountant- Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating, preparing and controlling the monthly salary data for the company's employees in various employment agreements (hourly, monthly, global and foreign workers)

• Producing pay slips and periodic payrolls.

• Ongoing treatment and control of attendance data.

• Accompanying the employee's lifecycle in the field of payroll – from onboarding to termination of employment.

• Handling retirement processes, compensation calculations, and finalizing accounts.

• Handling payroll forms (101, 106, 161, etc.) and reports to authorities and institutional bodies (tax, social security, pension)

• Handling cases of work accidents and dealing with the relevant parties (National Insurance, insurance companies)

• Providing professional service and response to employees, managers, and internal organizational interfaces (such as HR, finance, etc.)

• Generate reports, perform payroll controls, and improve processes

• Work in accordance with labor laws, wage procedures, and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Certified Payroll Accountant Certificate – Mandatory

• Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preference for an industrial environment

• Experience working with the Hilan system – a must

• Experience working with foreign workers and manufacturing workers – an advantage

• Experience working with the HiBob system - an advantage

• Professional knowledge of labor law, employment agreements and wage processes

• High Excel control
