Configuration Management Specialist

We are hiring a Configuration Management Specialist for a defense organization located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Work with SOLIDWORKS PDM systems

• Manage configuration and design control for mechanical products

• Manage and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Implement ECO / ECR processes

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality teams, provide professional support to users, and improve engineering data and documentation management processes throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Configuration Management and Design Control

• Experience working with SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS PDM

• Experience reading technical drawings and managing Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Practical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer

• Experience with PLM and ERP systems, and familiarity with AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards – advantage
