You must have experience in a data center!
We're looking for a Data Center Team Leader to support a large data center in Haifa.
What you'll do:
• Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians
• Oversee installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and security standards
• Coordinate incident response and manage escalations
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize data center performance
What we're looking for:
• Proven experience in data center operations
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cabling, and infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset
