Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics

A leading global technology company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Product Analytics to join a high-impact product analytics team and help shape products used by millions of people worldwide.

In this role, you will leverage large-scale data, advanced analytics, and product insights to drive strategic decision-making and influence the development of innovative digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to solve product and business challenges.

• Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics and KPIs.

• Design and execute analytical studies, experiments, and statistical analyses to drive product improvements.

• Identify growth opportunities and uncover actionable insights through data.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead data-driven initiatives from problem definition to execution and impact measurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.

• Proven experience leading end-to-end analytical projects, including metric definition, experimentation, analysis, and executive-level communication.

• Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, product ecosystems, and long-term business trends.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and drive business impact.

• Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including quality, accuracy, and risk mitigation.

• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
