Program Manager

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead customer-facing execution of advanced high-speed cable assembly and connectivity programs for data center, AI infrastructure, and next-generation networking applications.

About the Role

This role coordinates engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and customer teams to deliver complex interconnect solutions from development through production readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency, clear communication, and the ability to drive alignment across global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Customer & Program Leadership

• Serve as the primary customer interface for program communication, milestones, escalations, and delivery commitments.

• Lead high-speed connectivity and cable assembly programs from development through validation and production readiness.

• Drive customer alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.

• Own program priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and execution plans.

Cross-Functional Execution

• Coordinate global teams across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain.

• Translate customer requirements into clear execution plans with owners, timelines, deliverables, and decision points.

• Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and resource constraints.

• Maintain clear communication across teams in Israel, North America, and Asia.

Program Management & Reporting

• Manage integrated schedules, deliverables, risks, and customer expectations.

• Consolidate project-level updates into program-level status, actions, and executive summaries.

• Track technical progress, validation results, prototype builds, qualification status, and manufacturing readiness.

• Lead program reviews, escalation discussions, and tradeoff decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, or related technical field.

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, program management, project management, or customer-facing engineering roles.

• Experience with high-speed interconnects, cable assemblies, hardware systems, data center infrastructure, or networking hardware preferred.

• Strong technical fluency and ability to understand engineering tradeoffs, validation status, and product development risks.

• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

• Ability to operate independently, drive alignment, and influence without direct authority.

• Familiarity with NPI, validation, qualification, and manufacturing readiness processes is an advantage.
