Technical Program Manager – Israel

Senior delivery lead responsible for managing complex, OTT / Video multi-stream technology programmes for global customers in the digital video and streaming ecosystem.

The role owns end-to-end programme execution, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams while acting as the primary interface for senior customer stakeholders.

This position requires strong leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with responsibility for governance, risk management, financial oversight, and successful delivery of large-scale customer programmes. MUST HAVE OTT / STREAMING / VIDEO EXPERIENCE

Key requirements:

• 10+ years in programme / delivery leadership

• Experience in large-scale technology programme execution

• OTT / Streaming / video technology experience

• Strong stakeholder and executive management skills

• Commercial and financial programme ownership

• Cross-functional leadership across global teams

• Hebrew required
