A leading defense organization in the Shfela area is looking for a Product Systems Engineer to lead the systems engineering activities of a complex multidisciplinary product integrated across multiple projects.
The role covers the full product lifecycle – from system architecture and requirements definition through development, integration, testing, and deployment – while collaborating across Hardware, Firmware, and Software engineering disciplines.
What You'll Do
• Lead the definition, development, integration, and testing of a complex system-level product
• Define and maintain the product's System Architecture
• Analyze, define, and manage system and product requirements
• Manage the Product Roadmap and lead technical reviews throughout the development lifecycle
• Write requirements, design, process, and test documentation across Hardware, Firmware, and Software
• Plan and perform system integration and testing activities
• Support product integration and deployment across multiple projects
• Investigate and resolve system-level issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinate and drive activities across multiple engineering disciplines
• Maintain an end-to-end system perspective while addressing the requirements of different projects
What We're Looking For
• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering – required
• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer in multidisciplinary projects – required
• Experience working with complex multidisciplinary systems
• Strong system-level analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with and drive multiple engineering interfaces
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
