• Mergers and Acquisitions

• Finance and Banking

• Energy and Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for sharp, capable, and committed lawyers who want to take part in meaningful, complex, and varied legal work, alongside a first-rate team in a truly collaborative environment.

We would also be glad to hear from senior lawyers, including partners, who connect with our vision and message and wish to explore their fit with the firm and its aspiration to operate at the highest levels of significant local and international transactions, with the opportunity to grow and develop through major projects that will help shape the Israeli economy.

The role includes, among other things:

• Providing ongoing legal advice to Israeli and international clients

• Working on complex commercial, corporate, and financing transactions

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements

• Advising on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, banking matters, and corporate transactions

• Providing counsel on banking, financial regulation, and innovative financial services

• Supporting projects in the infrastructure, energy, and BOT/PPP sectors, including complex tenders

• Conducting due diligence, preparing legal opinions, and supporting legal and commercial processes end-to-end

• Working with financial institutions, companies, entrepreneurs, investors, consortia, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following fields: (1) mergers and acquisitions (2) finance and banking (3) energy and infrastructure (4) financial regulation

• Proficiency in English

• Strong ability to work as part of a team

• Willingness to work hard in a dynamic environment

• Strong service orientation

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, with precision, responsibility, and strong legal and commercial judgment
