Role Description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to take the next step into a first Director of Finance role.

As a Director of Finance, you'll own the financial function for a portfolio of innovative startups, acting as a trusted strategic partner to founders and leadership teams.

You'll combine strong financial expertise with a hands-on approach, helping clients build scalable financial processes while leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, lead audit preparation and execution, and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance across your client portfolio.

Qualifications

• CPA with Big 4 internship or professional experience.

• Proven experience working in a CFO-as-a-Service firm.

• Ownership, execution, and a hands-on attitude.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable financial insights.

• Strong understanding of US and Israeli financial environments.

• Curiosity for technology and enthusiasm for using AI to improve the finance function.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
