Role Description The Back Office Employee role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role includes handling daily back office operations such as data entry, order processing, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The Back Office Employee will support sales and finance teams with administrative tasks, assist in preparing quotations and invoices, and help track deliveries and inventory-related information. The role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders and customers regarding order status, resolving routine inquiries, and ensuring consistent and timely follow-up. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to contribute to efficient workflows and smooth business operations. Qualifications

• Strong Back Office Operations skills, including data entry, documentation, and workflow coordination.

• Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.

• Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, provide information, and support ongoing client relationships.

• Basic Finance skills to assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.

• Support for Sales activities, including order processing, quotation preparation, and updating sales records.

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, ERP or CRM systems) and ability to quickly learn new tools.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant experience in back office, administration, or customer support; experience in industrial or packaging sectors is an advantage.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew or additional languages is beneficial.
