We're looking for an experienced operations leader to build and scale our AI-powered service delivery team. You'll work closely with the founders, product, and AI teams to create efficient processes, hire great people, and ensure exceptional execution in a fast-growing startup.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and scale our service delivery operation.

• Recruit, train, and manage delivery teams.

• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

• Partner with the Product and AI teams to improve workflows and automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing operations or service delivery teams.

• Experience leading teams across multiple customer projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent English communication.

• High ownership, hands-on attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
