For a boutique insurance company specializing in general insurance (motor, home, and business insurance), working exclusively with insurance agents, we are seeking an Attorney for a combined role in Compliance, Regulation, and Corporate Secretariat.

Job Description

• :Management and operation of the company's compliance and enforcement framewor

• kResponsibility for the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements and compliance procedure

• sWorking with regulatory authorities and overseeing the company's compliance with legal requirement

• sManagement and operation of the corporate secretariat, including preparation of minutes, resolutions, and report

• sOngoing support in corporate law and corporate governance matter

• sOngoing work with the company's legal counsel and provision of legal support as require

• s:Attorney with at least 5 years of experience – Mandato

• ryExperience in corporate law – Mandato

• ryExperience in the insurance industry – Significant advanta
