Job Description

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to lead the development of enterprise web applications and mobile solutions.

The role combines technical leadership with people management, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle while working with modern technologies including React Native, React, .NET Core, C#, Node.js, and Microservices.

This position is a long-term maternity leave replacement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Full Stack development team.

• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle for web and mobile applications.

• Design and develop scalable applications using React Native, React, and .NET Core.

• Lead architecture decisions and software best practices.

• Develop REST APIs and Microservices.

• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and Infrastructure teams.

• Drive CI/CD processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience developing complex Web and Mobile applications.

• At least 3 years of experience leading development teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with React Native.

• Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and Web API.

• Experience designing Microservices and REST APIs.

• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.

• Experience with Node.js – advantage.

• Experience developing AI/LLM-based solutions using Python – advantage.

• Experience with CI/CD, WebSockets, and SQL Server – advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
