Test Engineer – Environmental Testing 240192

We are hiring a Lab Engineer for a Defense Company in Ashdod!

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and approving customer test requirements.

• Defining and characterizing tests and experiments.

• Defining the supporting test setup according to customer requirements.

• Performing tests and experiments during development, production, and maintenance stages, including:

• Development and design verification testing.

• QUAL testing.

• Fault detection and troubleshooting tests.

• Operating data acquisition systems.

• Writing test plans and managing test activities (including work at various test sites).

• Preparing test reports and documenting results.

• Working closely with different departments within the organization and with customers.

• Dynamic and diverse work environment.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering, or Practical Engineers with extensive experience in environmental testing.

• Practical Engineer certification – an advantage (previous studies prior to completing an engineering degree).

• Experience in environmental testing – a significant advantage.

• Knowledge of thermal, dynamic, and static disciplines – an advantage.

• Knowledge of measurement systems and instrumentation – an advantage.

• Willingness to work overtime as required – mandatory.
