CEO | Defense Industry | Israel

We are recruiting a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a well-established defense technology company with 200+ employees, serving global defense and government customers.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven executive to lead the company's next phase of growth, drive international business development, expand strategic partnerships, and execute a long-term business strategy in the global defense market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall strategy, business performance, and operational execution of the company.

• Develop and implement long-term business growth and international expansion strategies.

• Drive global business development and identify new market opportunities.

• Build and strengthen relationships with defense organizations, government agencies, OEMs, and strategic international customers.

• Lead complex commercial negotiations and high-value international contracts.

• Own full P&L responsibility, budgeting, profitability, and financial performance.

• Lead the executive management team and drive cross-functional organizational excellence.

• Represent the company before the Board of Directors, shareholders, customers, and strategic partners.

• Represent the company at international defense exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CEO – mandatory.

• Previous CEO experience in a defense company – a significant advantage.

• Proven experience leading international business development and commercial growth.

• Demonstrated success in expanding global markets and building strategic partnerships.

• Strong experience negotiating with government organizations, defense customers, and international partners.

• Full P&L ownership and executive leadership experience.

• Experience managing senior leadership teams in complex organizations.

• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

• Relevant academic degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related field).

• Military officer or senior defense background – an advantage.
