Full Stack Engineer, AI Security Platform

And we are building an enterprise AI security and governance platform that helps organizations safely adopt, monitor, control, and scale AI usage across employees, applications, models, agents, and data.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build the core product experiences that help enterprises secure and govern AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain front‑end components using React and TypeScript.

Build back‑end services and REST APIs in Python that support governance, monitoring, reporting, and policy management.

Implement dashboards, admin interfaces, usage monitoring, audit logs, and integrations with identity and security systems.

Work with container‑based development environments and support deployment requirements for customer‑owned environments.

Identify opportunities to enhance workflows with AI capabilities while maintaining security, reliability, and auditability.

Collaborate with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture teams on requirements and feedback.

Own features end‑to‑end—from design through implementation and release.

Required Qualifications

3–6 years of professional software development experience.

Proficiency in React and TypeScript for modern front‑end development.

Solid Python back‑end experience, including designing and implementing REST APIs.

Practical understanding of AI/LLM application development, including integrating AI APIs and managing prompt/response flows.

Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), Docker, and Linux‑based development environments.

Familiarity with authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure coding practices.

Comfort with Git and CI/CD pipelines, and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Django, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks.

Exposure to AI providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, etc.).

Understanding of RAG concepts, AI agents, or prompt engineering.

Familiarity with enterprise security and observability tools (SIEM, SOAR, DLP, EDR/XDR, SASE).

Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, or multi‑tenant system design.
