Chief Information Officer (CIO)

A leading international company, a global brand in the beauty and personal care industry, with extensive operations including manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and artificial intelligence (AI).

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead large-scale enterprise ERP projects, including implementation, upgrades, and integration across core organizational systems.

– Manage and lead internal application and development teams, as well as external development vendors, with a strong focus on supporting advanced ERP systems.

– Ensure full integration between ERP systems and the manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and AI departments.

– Identify and analyze existing business processes, drive continuous process improvement and efficiency, and implement innovative technological solutions.

– Develop the organization’s long-term IT strategy, including identifying future technology trends and implementing advanced tools for ongoing improvement.

– Drive cross-organizational digital initiatives, creating tangible value for both employees and customers.

– Foster a culture of process excellence and innovation throughout the organization.

– Act as a key strategic partner in the company’s global growth, ensuring full alignment between IT systems and business objectives.

Requirements:

– At least 7 years of experience in managing applicative IT systems in global organizations.

– Deep understanding of ERP systems, with proven experience leading complex projects, system integration, and process improvement.

– Strong ability to lead application and development teams, as well as manage global development vendors.

– Experience working in a global environment, with an understanding of cross-organizational processes in international markets.

– High-level English proficiency required.

– Experience in manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and AI is a significant advantage.
