About the Role:

NESS is looking for a CISO to be responsible for the overall information security policy of the hospital and for developing and implementing a strategic cybersecurity and information security plan.

Lead and manage the Information Security team and drive security initiatives across medical and technological information systems and organizational processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, including management experience.

• Experience leading Cybersecurity Architecture and GRC.

• Proven project management experience.

• Experience implementing and managing security technologies in collaboration with a SOC.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISO, DPO, CCIE or equivalent experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technological field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems).

• Previous experience as a CISO in a medical/healthcare organization.

• Knowledge of information security standards and regulations, including ISO 27001/27799, GDPR, NIST, PCI-DSS and SOX.

• Previous CISO experience in a healthcare organization – Significant advantage
