Chief Safety Officer

Management, leadership and implementation of the safety area in all activities of the Logistics Division, while creating an organizational safety culture, maintaining a safe working environment for employees, contractors and visitors, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, reducing risks and preventing work accidents at all company sites.

• Valid safety supervisor certificate – mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing the safety area in a logistics, operational or industrial organization – mandatory.

• Experience working with several sites nationwide – mandatory.

• Experience in leading safety processes, incident investigations, training and audits.

• In-depth familiarity with safety legislation and regulations in Israel.

• Full control of Office applications and computer and reporting systems.

• Ability to analyze data and produce reports and metrics.

• Very high level of Hebrew.

• Good level of English.

• Driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the country.
