Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Israel (Hybrid) | Stage: Pre-Seed Startup

Mission

Lead the development of TalntQ's AI-native Talent Intelligence System and build a scalable, enterprise-grade technology platform that transforms talent acquisition and workforce intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy and product architecture.

• Build and lead a world-class engineering team.

• Design scalable AI, LLM, and multi-agent systems.

• Deliver secure, enterprise-ready SaaS products.

• Partner with the CEO on product vision, customer success, fundraising, and technical due diligence.

Required Skills

• #1 AI Systems Architecture: LLMs, AI agents, ML infrastructure, cloud-native architecture.

• #2 Engineering Leadership: Building teams, shipping products rapidly, and scaling engineering organizations.

• Strong software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, DevOps/MLOps, and data engineering.

• Startup mindset with a bias for execution and ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience building enterprise AI or B2B SaaS platforms.

• Background in HRTech, TalentTech, or Workforce Intelligence.

• Previous startup founding or early-stage CTO experience.
