Our mission is to make robust, enterprise-grade security radically simpler for organizations of every size. The Opportunity Cynet is seeking a Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO) to own all of Product, Engineering, and Counter Adversary Operations — a single, accountable leader for the outcomes Cynet delivers to its customers and partners. With Product, Engineering, and the Counter Adversary Operations organization all reporting into this role, the CTPO is the one throat to choke for driving product and service outcomes end to end. This is a dual mandate. Beyond owning technology and product, the CTPO serves as Managing Director of Cynet’s Tel Aviv office — the most senior executive on site and a stabilizing, unifying leadership presence. Working alongside the other Israel-based leaders, the CTPO is accountable for the stability, cohesion, culture, and continuity of the office, and for making Tel Aviv a destination for top engineering, product, and security talent as Cynet scales. Organization Reporting into the CTPO: • Product Management — end-to-end product strategy and delivery. • Engineering — platform and product engineering. • Counter Adversary Operations — via the SVP, Security Operations & Research (Threat Intelligence, Cybersecurity Research, Data Science, CyOps/SOC & MDR delivery, Infrastructure Development, and Incident Response).

Requirements: • Senior leadership experience owning both Product and Engineering (e.g., CTPO, or a combination of VP/SVP Product and VP/SVP R&D) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company. • Deep command of product management and engineering best practices, with a track record of shipping new products at high quality and stability. • Proficiency running an agile release schedule at scale. • A strong, current understanding of what is possible with AI and how it is accelerating the product lifecycle — and how to build AI-native products. • Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and creativity (e.g., hackathons, rapid prototyping, experimentation). • Comfort and effectiveness engaging externally, including on social media, as a technical voice of the company. • Experience leading in an Israel R&D / US-market environment, with the gravitas and track record to serve as Managing Director and senior site leader of the Tel Aviv office — stewarding culture, stability, and talent. Preferred Qualifications • Cybersecurity domain experience, ideally with detection, MDR, or threat-research adjacency. • Experience scaling a product organization through the growth stage.
