A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and business-oriented CIO to lead and shape the organization's overall technology strategy.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving digital transformation, overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and technology operations, while ensuring alignment between business objectives and IT capabilities. The role includes leading managers and multidisciplinary teams, building long-term technology roadmaps, and supporting organizational growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals

• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and technology-driven business improvements

• Manage all IT domains including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, data platforms, cloud solutions and user support services

• Lead managers and cross-functional technology teams, including responsibility for application, data and business systems functions

• Drive technology innovation across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, quality and corporate functions

• Establish and enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities through advanced analytics, BI and AI solutions

• Ensure secure, scalable and reliable technology architecture across the organization

• Manage IT budgets, technology investments and strategic vendor relationships

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions

• Lead organizational change initiatives and promote adoption of new technologies and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology leadership roles

• Proven experience managing managers and leading multiple technology teams

• Strong experience developing and executing IT strategy in complex organizations

• Hands-on experience with ERP and enterprise business systems

• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs

• Strong understanding of Data, BI, AI and enterprise integration environments

• Experience managing infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity and IT operations

• Previous experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or highly regulated industries is highly preferred

• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and strategic technology vendors

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English
