Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Cisco Communications and Telephony Specialist for a leading organization in Lod.

The role includes managing, operating, and maintaining communication and telephony systems, technical specification, installation, training, and project implementation.

Responsibilities:

Managing, operating, and maintaining communication and telephony systems

Working with Cisco CUCM, NICE, ACE, SIP, Trunk, TCP/IP, RTP, Windows, and Linux

Performing technical specification and system installation

Providing training and professional support

Setting up and implementing projects

Working independently and as part of a team in a professional and service-oriented environment

Requirements:

5 years of experience with NICE and ACE recording systems, including implementation, operation, and maintenance

5 years of experience managing Cisco IP telephony and CUCM, including configuration, phones, SIP, and Trunk

5 years of experience with networks and infrastructure, with strong knowledge of TCP/IP and RTP protocols

Experience in technical specification, installation, training, and project implementation

Knowledge and experience working with Windows and Linux systems
