Civil Engineer / Practical Engineer / Quality Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil/Practical Engineer / Quality Supervisor role based in Kiryat Gat. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and supervising construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, client requirements, and quality standards.

Daily responsibilities include conducting field inspections, witnessing testing activities, verifying workmanship quality, reviewing construction documentation, and tracking non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions. The role requires close coordination with contractors, subcontractors, designers, and project management teams to ensure that all civil works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, procedures, and quality requirements.

The Civil Quality Engineer will maintain inspection records, prepare quality reports, participate in site walks and progress meetings, and support project audits and handover activities. The position combines both office-based documentation and reporting duties with active field supervision, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
